Branch Senior Sales Executive, Ludlow, up to £45,000
Our Client is a successful growing Insurance Broker in the Ludlow Area who is looking to take on a talented Branch Sales Executive to join their developing team.
Your role will be to develop a branch book of business, developing a pipeline of new business. To manage staff and ensure the branch business is fully operative at all times.
This role assumes responsibility for profit and book growth, management of sales staff and their adherence to FCA compliance.
Identify new business opportunities.
Establish strong relationships with local business partners and community groups.
Develop and mentor the sales executives.
With the office manager, ensure that both renewal and new business sales are monitored and managed for quality control purposes.
Achieve agreed annual sales targets
Previous experience in a managerial position
Understand how the insurance market works.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with insurers and underwriters to the benefit of the company.
Show a thorough knowledge of all relevant products.
Understand where the Data Protection legislation affects the processes of this job.
Be responsible for electronically storing material and enabling it to be easily accessible and available to relevant colleagues Company wide on demand.
