Our client is a small but growing boutique commercial recruitment consultancy, who currently work as preferred suppliers to a number of global businesses in a range of industries from technology, financial services and retail amongst others.
Due to an exciting phase of expansion they are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join their team. This would be a 360-degree role where the successful candidate would be expected to build a permanent desk from scratch, which would include building a portfolio of clients, and managing the candidate process from initial sourcing through to on-boarding.Â
Our client is open to diversifying into new industry sectors, so would be happy to speak to successful consultants who may have been specialising in industries outside of those our client currently works in, and may just want a change and to be a part of a successful, dynamic and growing business, where success is genuinely rewarded.
