Established organisation based in Coleshill are looking to recruit an Administrator on permanent basis.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for providing the office with highly organised and efficient administration. Having excellent typing skills is essential with full attention to detail as well as a good telephone manner is essential

Main Function/Purpose of Job

  • Opening Post/ Emails and distributing invoices to correct teams.
  • Determining supplier and customer email addresses and forwarding remittances and invoices.
  • Greeting and Meeting Visitors.
  • Building maintenance liaison.
  • Online stationery orders.
  • Filing.
  • Organise social work activities.
  • Support the Finance team with general admin duties
  • General Finance Support as required
  • Excellent I.T skills and the ability to use multiple applications such as Excel, Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organised individual
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Working within the Finance Team
