As a Customer Advisor for The AA, your role will include speaking with new and existing AA customers and delivering your expertise and knowledge to continue providing world class service to our members. You will be working in a contact centre environment dealing with AA customer home emergencies and queries, interacting with different departments and often speaking with external business partners.

Training to be provided:

  • Customer Service Level 2 - 12 MONTHS
  • BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF)
  • Level 1 Functional Skills in Mathematics and English
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities Workbook
  • (Work based learning)

You'll be completing your Apprenticeship within our Home Services department; as a Customer Advisor in Home Services your role will include speaking with new and existing AA customer and delivering your expertise and knowledge to continue providing world class service to our members.
