Role Overview:
  • To provide administrative, office management and compliance support to the NOMS CFO Contract

Principle Accountabilities:
  • Undertake all general administration and other support activities to ensure a smooth running office and achieve contract objectives.

  • Timely and accurate data entry on to relevant external and internal systems.

  • Produce high quality documentation, reports and presentations that can be used at both internal and external meetings and events.

  • Ensure that all systems and paperwork comply with audit requirements.

  • Assist with the compilation of management information reports, data extraction queries and reconciliations of data as and when required.

  • Establish appropriate filing and data storage systems in line with the needs of each contract that comply to the processes and procedure as established by the Regional Manager.

  • Monitor NOMS CFO and government bulletins for any updates to rules, regulations and relevant guidance.

  • Assist with disseminating information briefings across teams.

  • Understand and adhere to all responsibilities to ensure that the quality requirements of Ixion’s Quality Assurance Framework, funding body, Investors in People, OFSTED, DWP Quality Framework, or any other contract stakeholder, are maintained.

  • Support the team with making arrangements for meetings, events and travel as required.

  • Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Division and Company.

Relationships:

  • Liaise with other key individuals within NOMS CFO support and operational teams, including the Regional Manager, Performance & Supply Chain Manager, Quality Assurance Team and Finance Teams to undertake activity as required.

  • Experience and Qualifications required Essential
    • Proficiency in all major Microsoft applications.

    • Ability to meet tight deadlines, priorities work and work under pressure.

    • Good team player and able to work on own initiative.

    • Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Good telephone manner.

    • Excellent organisational skills.

    • Ability to multi-task.

    • Good attention to detail and accuracy.

    Desirable:

    • Previous office administration experience.
