IT Support Analyst - 1st Line - Walsall
Up to £20,000 per annum
Are you a Service Desk Analyst with 12 months + experience looking for the next step?
My client based in Walsall is currently embarking on a period of growth and as a result is looking for additional 1st Line Support Analyst's to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for providing 1st line IT Support and ensuring customer calls are followed through and completed to the customers satisfaction.
In order to be successful in your application, it's important that you have at least 12 months experience working within an IT Support/Service Desk environment and will be familiar with Windows Genealogy, MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix as well as ITSM tools such as Remedy/Service Now.
