About Our Client
My client, a leading organisation within their industry is currently seeking an Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract. They have a strong team ethic and are looking for somebody to share their passion in driving the business forward.

Job Description
The offices based in Kidderminster which is commutable from Stourport, Droitwich, Worcester and surrounding areas you will be providing administrative support to the sales, accounts and management team.
Main Duties:
Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls
Make outbound sales calls to customers to advise on Deliveries and asking if there are any other products they would like including on their delivery.
Providing administrative support to the sales team and management as and when required
Processing sales orders and ensuring that the delivery is ready for despatch, liaising with the transport department to confirm delivery times and dates
Keeping the clients up to date with any issues relating to delivery of orders

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience of the construction products industry is ideal, but not essential
  • Proven experience
  • Confident and effective communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong ability to prioritise and organise work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident providing administrative support to senior level management

What's on Offer?
  • £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
  • 20 days holidays plus public bank holidays.
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 5:00pm
  • Company pension scheme after successful completion of probationary period
