We are currently recruiting for experienced transport administrator.

Our client is a dynamic, forward- thinking and highly professional national logistics company based in Wednesbury.

The role requires a professional, methodical and conscientious individual. Good organisation skills and attention to detail are essential. They offer very attractive salary and bonus package.

Job Requirements :

  • Process & Allocate Incoming Orders from Customers
  • Manage the delivery process to ensure on time delivery
  • Process customer contract quotations and daily ad-hoc pricing requests
  • Maintain the fleet & full time sub-contract insurance details
  • Liaise with customers to advise delivery dates
  • Fleet & full time sub-contractor confirmation notes
  • Handle incoming telephone queries
  • All other administration duties

Key Experience and Qualifications :

  • Experience of working in a busy office
  • Transport Experience preferred, not essential
  • IT literate (including working knowledge of Excel)
  • Proven work experience of delivering accuracy

The working hours are Monday to Friday + weekend, the client is looking to operate 24 / 7 therefore there will be few shifts available (day, twilight , night shift)
