Property Administrator for Birmingham Business
A lively and progressive business based in Birmingham city centre is seeking a Building Maintenance Administrator to support the property team on an on-going basis. This role will involve working within a busy team environment, handling a variety of correspondence and completing tasks to tight deadlines. The ideal applicant will be methodical, efficient and proactive in their approach to work.
The role will primarily involve paying contractor invoices, handling telephone queries and correspondence professionally, raising orders on the system in a timely manner, approving estimates and quotes and assisting with ad hoc projects as and when required.
The successful candidate will thrive in a busy environment, will be driven and enthusiastic towards their work and enjoy working well within a team. Prior experience in a property capacity would be ideal, and knowledge of processing invoices and orders preferable.
This varied opportunity would suit an impressive graduate with strong academics and some office exposure.
