The Office Support Division of the SF Group are currently recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for their client based in South Derbyshire. The client offers on site parking, a welcoming and friendly team and the opportunity to join the business at a very exciting time.

The Customer Service Coordinator will be involved in a variety of duties including working closely with the warehouse supervisor, scheduling work, allocating customer enquiries to various team members, run weekly reports for both external and internal requirements and providing other administration support.

This is a very varied role ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, who is numerical, organised and have a passion to deliver the best service at all times. This is a brilliant company to join with a very exciting future ahead of them.
