Business Development Manager - Broker / MGA Markets
Location remit: National (UK)
Base Location: Home Based (Ideally located in the Midlands)
Package: £40,000 (Negotiable) + Car

Our client have a reputation built on quality and are looking to bring in a driven business development manager to their team to go after the Broker / MGA Markets for the business.

Their current offering is exceptionally well received by clients as it is based on technical excellence and off the back of record months income wise they are looking to push this growth further.

About you:

You’ll already be working in the field as a Business Development Manager, whether that’s within the Networks, Insurer, Loss Adjusting or MGA space and have a solid base to work from contacts wise
An understanding of the Loss Adjusting, Broker and MGA markets coupled with an inquisitive mindset
Exposure to working for a Loss Adjusting firm is beneficial
You'll also need a Full UK Driving Licence

The role:

To develop the Broker and MGA markets
You’ll be given free reign to develop things in the right way
Develop profitable long term relationships with Partners
Targets? Well these will be set in conjunction with the business plan, all will be highly achievable and designed to make sure both you and the business profit in both the short and long term

The package:

The role is currently benchmarked around the £40,000 mark salary wise with a high degree of flexibility.
