Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Consumer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing orders over the phone, via email and on-line for customers and providing post-sales support through to resolution and you will:

  • Respond to customer queries in respect of product information, working to call targets for inbound calls, email and social media responses.

  • Maintain accurate records inputting on-line and telephone orders, monitoring and reporting on supply issues.

  • Process and confirm payments.

  • Investigate queries and issues including the ordering of parts and/or refunds.

  • Monitor and respond to on-line consumer reviews and queries.

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment;

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently to resolve customer issues;

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude; openness;

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;

  • Excellent telephone manner.
