Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor include:

  • Providing the best quality customer service.
  • Answering telephone queries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
  • Responding to all digital enquiries received via email and instant messaging
  • Dealing with returned post, analysing issues and taking the appropriate action
  • Ensuring customers are kept informed at every stage

Customer Service Advisor, Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience of providing telephone / email based customer service and support
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of the Internet
  • The ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude and the willingness to learn
  • Extremely reliable with an excellent attendance record
