Our client who specialise in the manufacturer of conveyor rollers/units are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The candidate will be working with Sage Accounts and MRP Systems so knowledge of Sage or a similar system would be highly beneficial.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Follow up all new sales leads.
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of quotations.
- Discuss the opening of new accounts with the Credit Controller and with the Sales Director. Liaise with the Director where special terms of payment are required.
- Prepare order acknowledgements ensuring that all details are correct in accordance with customer order requirements with respect to specification, price, delivery and account.
- Liaise between production and customers regarding the delivery status of live or potential orders.
- Advise on the application and limitations of the Company's products
- Responsibility for booking goods in and out, raising despatch notes, checking and adjusting stock figures and raising orders.
- Prepare and issue requisitions for externally sourced goods and materials.
- Liaise with customers at all levels.
- Respond to telephone, fax and e-mail enquiries and follow up enquiries in a timely manner.
- Assume any other daily office responsibilities.

In return you will be offered a permanent contract within a growing company with a salary of between £17000 - £22000 dependant on experience and working hours of 9.00am -5.00pm Monday - Friday.
