In-house Recruiter/Resourcer - Warwick - up to £35,000
Our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter or Resourcer to join their busy team and support with all HR and Recruitment processed involved in hiring new talent into the organisation.
Working as part of a larger team, your role would be a 360 degree in-house position. You will work with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand roles and draft adverts. You would then use your resourcing skills to find suitable candidates and put them in the recruitment process. This could involve pro-active resourcing via job boards, social media and your own networks.
When needed, there is a PSL to support, so part of your time would be to engage and liaise with selected suppliers to help with pipeline of candidates for challenging roles. This role will need someone with great commination skills as you'll be dealing with hiring managers, candidates and potentially PSL agencies all at the same time.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a strong resourcing/recruitment background ideally from an in-house environment. That being said we would welcome applications with RPO or agency recruitment experience, who are looking to make that move. Experience of recruiting within a technical environment would be an advantage.
