SF Group are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Person for a Medical Supplies company in Central Birmingham. This is a new role paying up to £25,000 with OTE of up to £30,000. This growing company manufactures and distributes a wide range of dependable, high quality and easy-to-use medical products and medical surgical devices direct to hospitals around the world. The strength of the company lies in its loyal workforce, which has a strong customer service ethos and works closely as a team.
In order to continue to grow the company is now looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to retain and grow business through proactive outbound calls. This will be via telephone, email and internet tools.The successful applicant is likely to have both sales skills and NHS experience though the company will consider those with solid telesales experience only and an aptitude for the healthcare sector.
You must be able to work pro-actively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven ability to close a sale and can plan effectively and prioritize your workload. You will be familiar with a CRM or similar sales system and be competent with Windows programs including Word and Excel.
