HR Advisor - Part Time - Birmingham
I am delighted to be working with a very valued client based on the outskirts of Birmingham who are looking to bring on board a HR Advisor on a part time basis.
This is a newly created, stand alone role reporting in to the Finance Director with a dotted line in to the Board of Directors.
This role has come about due to the continued success and growth of my client's business.
I am keen to identify an experienced HR generalist who is looking for flexible working and a fantastic new challenge!
The purpose of this role will be to review the current HR offering including policies and procedures, handbooks, T&Cs and make recommendations for improvement to ensure the HR service is fit for purpose.
The successful candidate will take ownership of this role and help to improve and manage the communications with employees and line managers with regard to all generalist HR issues.
As well as a strong HR background my client would also like to identify an individual who has had exposure to training and L&D as this will certainly be a piece of project work on the agenda!
