A fantastic financial services business based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking an Investment Administrator to provide efficient team support and client administration. The ideal applicant will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.

The role will primarily involve:

  • Production of investment proposals

  • Provision of relevant information and reports to clients

  • Handling telephone queries and taking messages

  • Opening of new accounts accurately and efficiently

  • Distribution of reviews and valuations for the client base

  • Administration of payments, ISA subscription’s and tax forms

  • Preparation of general correspondence and documentation prior to meetings

  • General ad hoc tasks as and when required

The successful Investment Administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Ideally experience within a financial role or environment

  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MS Office

  • A confident and driven approach

  • Strong administration skills
