Our client on the outskirts of Lichfield are going through major expansion and are looking to recruit 5 Permanent Sales Administrators

Due to location this role requires access to your own transport

Duties will include

  • Providing a front line customer service
  • Updating databases and providing updates to customers
  • Building rapports at all levels
  • Chasing up relevant information
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Diary management and arranging call backs
  • Being an ambassador for the business
  • Generating quotations
  • Following up quotations

Key skills and attributes:

Ideally we are looking for candidates who possess the following attributes and experience:

  • Customer focused and great telephone manner
  • Data accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work to deadlines with an understanding of priority
  • Competitor understanding and commercial awareness

Full Time Hours

Salary £16000 - £18000 DOE
