Case Management Adviser’s
Our luxury brand automotive client are looking for Case Management Advisers to work on long term contracts in West Midlands.
The Case Management Adviser will be working within a professional services team dealing with complex discipline, grievance and absence cases. Supporting the management team, providing expertise and guidance. The HR function has recently changed, moving away from a traditional service model to the Ulrich model, with the introduction of a shared service model. The role entails providing support and guidance to managers with highly complex cases and providing guidance to enable managers to manage low level cases independently. One of the roles will have running reports/data analysis and process improvements as part of the role
Skills and experience required:-
1) Experience in absence case management - providing support to a customer group with managing complex long term absence cases, including interacting with Occupational Health
2) Experience in supporting line managers to perform disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings
3) Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of employment law, fully understanding the Equality Act and the need for reasonable adjustments.
4) CIPD qualified.
Two roles to be 100% cases and one role to be 50% cases and 50% producing data/reports.
1 Full Time Role based at Whitley - 100% Cases
1 Full Time Role based at Whitley - 50% Cases/50% Reporting
1 Full Time Role based at Castle Brom - 100 % Cases
1 Part Time Role based at Castle Brom - 100% Cases.
