Role of Customer Service Advisor

As our Customer Service Advisor you will play a key role in delivering a first class customer service through verbal, written and digital communication to customers when dealing with orders, repairs, aftersales inquiries, queries and complaints to our customers.

  • Handling inbound contacts from customers who want to purchase spare parts or book repairs for their home appliances
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns
  • Achieve all sales and service targets
  • Promote additional services
  • Ensuring accurate logging of customer cases
  • Provide clear and concise answers to customer requests
  • Resolve customer cases and respond back to the customers

What We’ll Need from You

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Able to prioritise and organise
  • Good communicator at all levels including the ability to negotiate
  • Educated to GCSE or proven contact centre experience
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Highly PC literate
  • Problem solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
