Software Support - 1st Line & 2nd Line Support, SQL/Oracle Database Support
Software Support Analyst - 1st Line & 2nd Line Support, with experience of helpdesk / service desk software support and Oracle/SQL database experience, is required for a leading organisation based in Lichfield, paying from £25,000 - £30,000.
Working for a leading organisation within the software development teams, the Software Support Analyst will be responsible for 1st line support and 2nd line support of the internal software and database, including database manipulation and configuration, Oracle webcentre, new account setups and policy configuration and licence management. You will be providing support from a helpdesk / service desk setup which will involve problem management and incident management.
- Strong software support experience
- Experience of providing 1st line and 2nd line support across IT software environments
- Experience of SQL / Oracle database knowledge
- Awareness of ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of setting up new users, password resets and licence management
- Incident management and problem management
This position would suit a Software Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Support / 1st Line Support / 2nd Line Support / IT Support Analyst / Support Engineer - who has strong experience of providing 1st line and 2nd line software support in a helpdesk / service desk environment.
This Software Support Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Lichfield and paying from £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending upon background and experience.
