You will provide outstanding service by providing regular efficient updates to customers with regards to current orders and you will take ownership of customer service levels for allocated accounts, including both manual and electronic order management.
You will liaise with manufacturing and direct technical enquiries where appropriate, providing proof of delivery and coordinating returns authorisation etc.
You will build excellent customer relationships and gain a good understanding of needs, whilst responding to customers’ requests and enquiries via the telephone, e-mail and fax. You will process and maintain customer sales orders, including reviewing contracts and manage order
You will ensure that computer and paper records are up-to-date and accurate, provide a flexible approach to new tasks and special projects and proactively consider ways to improve the efficiency of the process.
You must have the relevant customer service experience to perform the duties in an efficient manner and you must have very strong communications skills both written and verbal.
You will be a good team player, be totally customer focused and able to manage and prioritise your workload, problem solving and using your own initiative when necessary. You must have excellent time management skills be results driven, have a positive, assertive yet collaborative nature and the drive and desire to succeed.
This is a 9-12 month fixed term maternity contract. The salary is £20,000 per annum plus bonus plus excellent holidays and an outstanding array of benefits.
