General Sales Manager - Stoke

Prestige Main Dealer - £40k - £50k basic salary with realistic OTE OF £70K, company car and laptop.

Our client requires an experienced Automotive General Sales Manager to manage and motivate a busy sales team at their franchised dealership Stoke. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well respected dealer group representing one of the world’s leading prestige brands.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales enquiries and ensure they are dealt with efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain strong Manufacturer relationship
  • Management of the customer service experience to ensure highest quality

  • Lead the sales team including recruitment when needed

  • Manage stock rotation, pricing and presentation

  • Coach, mentor and develop the sales team

  • Monitor profits and add on performance

  • Ensure FCA compliance at all times

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience with management capacity within the motor trade is essential. The successful candidate will be able to coach and motivate their team through strong leadership qualities.

They will also be ambitious, organised, customer focused and have the determination to be a top performer within the business.
