A new exciting Administrator opportunity has arisen in Birmingham with a Financial Client. Looking for someone with exceptional Administrator skills and great communication.

Assignment Length: 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Shift Patterns: 35 Hours a week on a rotational shift pattern between Mondays - Saturday

Location: Birmingham

Act as a source of expertise to junior/less experienced colleagues providing coaching and support where necessary and identifying more formal training where appropriate
Identify and suggest improvements to new and existing processes, procedures and systems
Where required verify and check the work of other colleagues
When required support line management with implementation of changes in own work area
Work is typically allocated and monitored on a weekly to monthly timeframe
Person Specification:

Attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
A passion for customer service is a must
