My client is looking to recruit a data Administrator on a temp to perm basis to join their team based in Wolverhampton.

To ensure the highest possible level of accuracy of the asset holdings in our patients inventory records through analysis of daily Service Orders that fail to automatically integrate into the ERP system and act on any otherwise reported anomalies.
Investigation and correction of any issues arising from jobs which do not successfully integrate from Phalanx PDAs directly into MS Dynamics AX. Identification of issues relating to the transfer of data between Phalanx and MS Dynamics AX.
Works closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure consistency.

Major Responsibilities

1. To investigate and correct all Service Orders that fail to automatically integrate into MS Dynamics AX from the PDA software
2. To ensure data transferred from the PDAs is done so in a timely and accurate manner to enable all movements of assets to be processed in strict chronological order.
3.To ensure the highest level of accuracy with regard to patient holdings versus HOOF requirement, and act accordingly to rectify any discrepancies.

4. To understand the invoicing structure to enable validation of revenue lines applied to different types of jobs.
5. To have a good understanding of the Patient HOOF vs Active Config accuracy and the implications this has on rental invoicing and to contribute to the improvement of its integrity.

6. To liaise with Depot Managers regarding the prompt recovery and processing of any jobs completed on paperwork, or communicate any issues effecting Active config accuracy.
7. To provide effective communication to the Manager and Supervisor as and when requested.

8. To demonstrate compliance with the department's ISO27001 standard and with legal and company requirements in terms of Health and Safety
9. To investigate on a daily basis any failed KPIs.
