HR Business Partner - Part Time

Coventry - Permanent / FTC

We are currently looking for a experienced HR Business Partner on a Fixed Term Contract for 7 months on a part time basis. You will be working within the Coventry office, partnering with various stakeholders all of which have differing requirements. You will be working with the senior management team to provide comprehensive HR advice and support. The salary is between £39,000 - 47,500 + benefits pro rata depending on experience.

Part time hours are approximately 30 hours per week, when you work however is flexible Monday - Friday over 4 or 5 days

Duties for the HR Business Partner - Part Time will include:

* Delivering support and advice on a broad range of people issues, including ER, OD, change and performance at all levels across the business
* Partnering with the business unit to provide comprehensive and professional HR advice and support, in a timely and efficient manner
* Building influential relationships with stakeholders, helping to identify and prioritise HR issues and review progress
* Advise on employment issues as they arise including grievance, disciplinary, long and short term sickness; liaising with the Trade Union as appropriate to ensure correct resolution
* Responsible as the main point of contact to your business unit regarding pay, Ts&Cs, recruitment and other HR matters
* Effectively managing changes within the business regarding TUPE, redundancy and restructuring
* Developing policies and procedures, performing project work as required
* Developing and implementing L&D initiatives, and ensure these are business suitable

Essential skills of the HR Business Partner - Part Time:

* Strong case management skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to build rapport quickly
* Ability to work with often difficult stakeholders and guide them through various HR processes
* Strong HR generalist skills
