Do you want to work for a forwarding thinking, highly reputable Training Provider? Do you have experience of delivering Software Development Training?

Baltic Recruitment Commercial Team are currently looking to recruit a Software Developer Trainer (Home Based) for a highly reputable Training Provider based in Co.Durham. Working as part of a team of trainers you will be delivering training courses via online delivery. Delivering high quality programmes and technical training as part of the IT Apprenticeship framework and Standards inclusive of Level 3 and level 4 Apprenticeship Standards.

Software Development Trainer Main Duties & responsibilities:

- To provide professional and high quality training as part of the IT Pro Apprenticeship framework and IT and Software Apprenticeship Standards
- Responsible for the delivery of the programme to the agreed schedule and standards; including any administrative duties attached to the role
- Coach and mentor the learners to enable them to achieve their full potential
- Manage any re-work of assignments
- To manage all uploaded leaner work within the agreed timeframes
- To support the promotion and growth of apprenticeships throughout the programmes
- Marking and assessment of assignments/learner work
- Deliver to class sizes of up to 12 delegates

Software Development Trainer Applicants:

- A proven track record of relevant experience of delivering technical training
- Sound Technical Knowledge with an ability to facilitate learning
- Have proven proficiency in the following paradigms, languages, technologies and skills:
- Software Design & Testing
- Object Oriented Programming - C#
- Event Driven Programming -
- Database Design & Development - SQL

A Full UK Licence and own transport is required for this role as there is National Travel across to UK to specific locations on a 8-10 week rota basis.
