We are looking to recruit a strategic HR Business Partners to work with senior business leaders to shape and influence the People Agenda. You will partner with senior business leaders to translate business priorities into HR activity which can be implemented by HR Operations and line managers.

You will undertakes strategic HR activities while working collaboratively with all HRBP's to ensure business-wide alignment. You will be required to work proactively with business leaders and the wider HRBP team to ensure HR is delivered fairly and consistently to a high quality standard across the business.

Key accountabilities:

- Leverage strong business knowledge and understanding to partner and provide strategic and insightful challenge to business leaders and the HR team on all people-related subjects as the primary contact for Business HR
- Lead relevant HR related projects and engage business leaders to advocate and demonstrate compliance with HR policy and champion interventions
- Broker solutions and challenge the business and HR as appropriate to drive customer-focused innovation within HR
- Coach and develop senior leaders on a number of business-wide initiatives, including cultural change programmes and engagement strategies
- Coordinate the deployment of HR skills and expertise from across the HR model to bring the right people solutions to the business they support
- Lead the business to assess, evaluate and develop the right skills in the right places across the business, facilitating strategies to fill gaps where needed
- Inspire business leaders to deliver HR transformation of their area, aligning ways of working to create a High performance people culture

You will have:

- HR Business Partnering experience working with individuals at a senior management level and with an understanding of regional and functional HR requirements
- Demonstrable experience aligning HR strategy and services with business strategy and needs
- Management / leadership experience in leading teams in HR
- Sound consulting, facilitation, and advisory skills, including evidence of communicating effectively with leadership and senior staff members
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, business administration, or a related field or commensurate professional experience
