Your new role
Your new role will see you conducting feasibility studies, including coordinating site surveys, site investigation, site evaluations along with preparing regular reports to clients on all aspects of the project including progress, programme, costs, risks and quality. You will also establish detailed Client's brief and responsibilities of consultants and specialists and maintain communication with the client and the design team. you will provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with the client.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams. You will need to be ambitious and flexible both in the office and on site. You will be ideally qualified in the construction industry with either MRCIS, MCIOB, APMP or PRINCE 2, however if you are working towards it and have project management experience you would be considered. You will need to be from a construction background, preferably a consultancy.
