Housing Needs Officer based in the West Midlands.

Client Details

My client are a large housing association operating throughout the West Midlands.


Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide high-quality housing advice and support services to customers
- Ensure that all procedures and policies are adhered to
- Provide assistance and guidance to the Assistant Housing Needs Officers
- Answer all customer queries
- Ensure all information is handled in a sensitive and confidential manner
- Interviewing and visit customers and assist with lettings, referrals, applications and forms in order to meet housing needs
-Undertake investigations and provide a case summary


The successful candidate will have experience in;

- Experience as a Housing Needs Officer
- Experience of compiling and typing letters and reports
-Knowledge of relevant legislation
-Excellent communication skills
