Our client is an established innovative training provider that has an unrivalled reputation for providing engaging management training solutions nationwide, and to a wide range of clients from large corporates to SMEs.

We are delighted to be assisting them in the recruitment for an experienced Sales Executive to work alongside their existing, successful sales team, and to work with new and prospective clients. Handling enquiries for both 'off the shelf' and bespoke solutions, you will be an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in a consultative sales role.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming enquiries and contact prospective clients
  • Act consultatively with clients to understand their requirements and offer the best solution for their needs
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing
  • Produce proposals and present to clients
  • Develop accounts and build strong relationships with customers
  • Call existing clients to promote new products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and encourage new business leads
  • Report on KPIs and activity levels

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a consultative/solutions based sales role
  • B2B sales experience essential
  • Work in a similar role or industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Great communication and negotiations skills
  • Driven by achieving and exceeding targets
  • Professional, articulate, entrepreneurial and confident
  • Experienced in dealing with Senior Management and Director level clients

Salary and benefits:

  • Up to £25,000
  • OTE - £35,000 - £40,000
  • 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
