About the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role

You will be given the chance to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant across either Legal, IT, Engineering or Public Sector industry! Working alongside some of the industry’s best recruiters, you will be sure to pick up a tip or too! The teams have established client portfolios that you will have access to that will give you that boost to really start your career - to do well you will need to display ambition, hard work and motivation! As the teams are well established already you will have the support and guidance from some of the industry’s best!

To be considered for the role, you should hold:

·Educated to degree level

·Hold a minimum of 12 months’ working experience (ideally in a professional environment)

·A good commercial awareness

·Enjoy working in large, lively environments

You will be working 08:30am - 18:00pm Monday to Friday and have the opportunity to earn flexible working hours too, allowing you to have a work life balance.
