To provide excellent service levels to customers requiring technical support, from before sales advice on product selection, standards, design and installation to after sales support including complaint handling. To give technical support to the Company sales team as required.
Accountability:Offering day to day running of the technical support activities.

Areas of Responsibility
To give correct advise relating to the company's products either by telephone, or in writing, as and when required
To provide detailed support on all aspects of the companies product lines (including Ceramics and CCP)
To provide general support on all aspects of the piping systems product lines
To support the sales force and marketing department on technical related issues
To ensure all data added to departmental databases is accurate
To interpret customer requirements and provide the appropriate action
To undertake WC pan testing when required in accordance with WRAS guidelines
To assist the coordination of all services and products in conjunction with training activities at Warwick
LanguageTelephone support for customer technical enquiries
Professional KnowledgeExperience in plumbing sanitary and piping systems
Software ApplicationComputer literate - Lotus Notes, SAP, Windows and MS Office Skills
Ability to work within a team
