Your role

You’ll lead the HR activities associated with the transition of new accounts into ISS and the demobilisation of accounts where a contract has been lost. You’ll also provide HR guidance and support to different stakeholders involved with TUPE and organisational change. You’ll also be involved with other HR projects dependent on what is happening in the business throughout the UK.

We’ll expect you to use your HR skills to support the business but above all we want you to provide a great people service, to meet your customer’s purpose.

About you

Perhaps you’ve worked in FM, outsourcing or a similar people focused service industry? Either way, you must have experience of providing HR support within matrix style organisations. TUPE experience is essential as is transactional and strategic HR exposure. We’d like you to be CIPD qualified, or at least working towards this. Finally we’d like you to have fantastic communication skills.

While your technical talents are, of course, essential, it’s a professional but friendly approach that makes all the difference.
