Hamlin Knight Finance are working with one of our clients based in Coventry to recruit a Payroller on a full time permanent basis.

The day to day duties consist of:
*This role will require you to focus on the daily management of both the Human Resources and Time and Attendance systems
*Managing payroll processing activities for over 700 Associates
*Responsible for ensuring the process and co-ordination of all appropriate systems to guarantee that employees are paid on time and accurately
*Ensure Human Resource objectives are achieved whilst also managing projects relating to Human Resource systems.
*Overall responsibility of day to day payroll management
*You May need the knowledge of how to implement new software systems
*Project lead on a variety of different projects at any one time
*The ability to provide comprehensive training to all employees at all levels on relevant systems
*Calculate and enter data relating to voluntary deductions, savings schemes, additional voluntary

*Develop payroll query process by liaising closely with Group Leaders/Managers on payroll queries

*Reconcile payroll and make payments to all relevant bodies including HMRC by the agreed date each month, complete year-end procedures, collate P11D information and prepare PSA/Dispensation (Exemption) documentation for submission to HMRC and ensure payroll is committed to payroll provider on time each month

*Manage relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
