Part Time Receptionist:
We have a fantastic opportunity to use your exemplary customer service skills to work at our Derby Clinic.

You will be the first point of contact, greeting and checking in claimants attending clinics for their scheduled Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessment. The role is 27.5 hours per week, rotating shifts between 7.30am & 7.30pm Monday to Saturday. Salary £7.69 per hour.

Duties include;

- Review and familiarise appointment emails and / or online appointment system for the day
*Manage claimants in the diary for the day
*Check system for updates from the contact centre and adjust accordingly
*Opening / closing venue
*Lock / unlock computer equipment daily, ensuring it is safely stored away if left unattended.
*Door entry management - identify and validate attendee(s).
*Meet and greet attendees and book as arrived online and in the diary
*Alert the respective Disability Assessor of new arrivals
*Update the respective Disability Assessor of non-attendees
*Show attendees to rooms
*Familiarise, be vigilant and check against HSE regulations at all times
*Be aware of the general presentation, upkeep and tidiness of the clinic
*Be familiar with emergency procedures and take necessary actions if and when needed
