This central Birmingham based, national law firm are looking for a strong 1st line support analyst. The role will be a combination of remote support and desk-side support.
Main skills are Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, there are a number of legal systems that training will be proved for, any knowledge of video conferencing would be an advantage.
The role also requires strong customer service skills and the ability to be able to communicate across all staff levels from Director/Partner to administration staff.
