The role is to provide a professional and quality HR administration service to the HR team and internal clients

My client is a well known reputable organisation within professional services. they have a busy HR team and are looking for the right person to join their team

Description

The duties are :

  • Updating the HR database
  • Managing all new starter documentation and processes for trainee and GAP intakes
  • Assisting in preparation of induction paperwork
  • Assisting in family leave documentation
  • Liaising with payroll
  • Liaising with the annual leave team
  • Assisting with annual promotion rounds#
  • Logging HRSS invoices

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • have 2 years experience within a busy HR team
  • be organised
  • have the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage many projects simultaneously
  • have an eye for detail
