You will analyse training needs across the business, and provide learning methods that use a blend of methodologies including computer based, self managed learning, remote delivery, class room and on job learning as appropriate.
You will be responsible for design and delivery as well as looking at strategic aspects of L&D
- Must have designed and delivered training
- Must have a blended approach to learning
- Ideally will have relevant qualification or equivalent
