We have an exciting opportunity for an extremely organised Receptionist to join our client, a 4 star Country House Hotel.
If you thrive on providing first class customer service, both face to face on the phone this position could be for you.
This position forms part of the hotels current development plan.
Your Duties Include:
Greeting hotel customers face to face
Directing and managing room allocation
Being the first port of call for customer queries
Taking all incoming calls
Whilst our client is open to experience levels, the following skills would be essential for this role:
- Knowledge of hotel environment
- Excellent communication and organsational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Thrives on attention to detail
