Our client an innovative & high quality manufacturer are looking to recruit a Sales Order Processor for their tight-knit office team based near Warwick.
With an exciting range of Architectural, commercial products and systems backed by a team of experienced engineers our client ensure the highest technical and aesthetic performance.
Due to business growth they are looking to expand the current office team.

Sales Order Processor:

Key responsibilities:

-Compiling and issuing quotations
-Updating quotation log
-Receiving and progressing customer queries
-Interpreting, checking & processing customer orders
-Liaising with UK & non-UK suppliers regarding order placement
-Product sample control
-Tracking & management of production schedules specific to each client
-Organising dispatch and collection of goods from suppliers
-Liasing with warehouse team/receiving products into warehouse
-Ensuring correct products are matched with project requirements
-Paper work generation
-General office/administrative support with call handling
-General Warehouse Support
