Accounts Clerk required for a fantastic permanent opportunity with our client. The role will report into a team leader and key responsibilities will include ensuring prompt banking of income received, issuing receipts where necessary, to monitor and arrange refunds of fees where appropriate, to administer invoices where appropriate and ensuring that all income is received correctly, to reconcile accounts refunding any sums due and ensuring the receipt of any outstanding amounts and to administer the distribution of expenses.
All applicants must have previous experience working in a finance department. Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is essential as well as good general PC skills. The successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator who can prioritise workloads and work successfully as part of a team.
