Are you an experienced and commercially-minded sales professional? Have you enjoyed success within a similar organisation and looking to replicate that with a global leader? At Ricoh UK, you`ll be joining the Corporate Reprographics team where you`ll have the opportunity to establish a detailed knowledge of all Production Print (PP) hardware and software sales and where ultimately you`ll be influential in increasing sales, improving penetration to market and offering general awareness all PP solutions within your defined target accounts and designated region. Also acting as the Project Lead, you`ll have the chance to manage a virtual team to include technology, finance, research and marketing resources to develop sustainable solution-led sales.

This is a great role within a dynamic organisation and where typical responsibilities will involve:

- Developing sales opportunities to all potential customers and prospects
- Working with Account Managers and sales teams in order to increase market share
- Selling the benefits of the PP, hardware & software solutions to improve sales pipeline
- Creating new business opportunities by working within the sales region covering Government accounts
- Reignite prospect interest from lapsed or dormant customers
- Revisiting lists of existing/new prospects by offering updates through weekly business reviews
- Developing a healthy pipeline of sales to ensure regular and achievable targets to sustain new business levels.

What we are looking for:

- Credibility and humility to work in a support capacity and not always be the lead
- Skills to manage accounts and Account Managers
- Awareness of the Ricoh core product range and ability to create solutions within a hardware setting
- Proven success including experience in the development of solutions in a Reprographics/In-Plant Sales environment
- Well developed skills in sales, negotiation and deal closing
- Proven history of meeting high standards and targets year-on-year
- Good consultative skills with the gravitas to negotiate at senior / C level / board level
- Relevant experience within the corporate and government sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of web-based ordering, fulfilment and warehousing.

Do you have a good technical understanding of new technology and document workflow processes? If you also have experience selling enterprise, In-Plant and Commercial Print workflow software solutions and digital variable print-on-demand, so much the better!
