Your new role
Your new role involves providing exceptional reception and hospitality services to both internal and external clients. You will be responsible for managing the company switchboard whilst transferring calls and taking messages where necessary. You will have diary management responsibilities and be managing bookings, as well as arranging travel and hotel bookings for internal clients. You will also have the responsibility to train new team members and collate induction packs.
What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to be successful in this role you will need exceptional customer service skills, with excellent organisational and time management skills, you will have strong communication skills both verbal and written, including an excellent telephone manner. You will also have the ability to prioritise workloads whilst maintaining high quality levels. You will have high level of IT skills including MS systems.
