HEADS Recruitment is urgently seeking a Polish Speaking Recruitment Account Manager to join its busy industrial teams.

We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, dynamic and willing to go the extra mile to help us cope with increased demand for our services.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a fast paced recruitment environment and a knowledge of the industrial recruitment sector. We have a proven track record of progressing candidates from Account Manager to Branch Manager and are looking for candidates who want to take that next step in their career.

The role will involve...

  • Understanding client’s requirements and ensuring jobs are filled within the required timeframe.
  • Writing and placing of adverts in order to attract candidates and maintain availability of labour pool.
  • General administrative duties including managing KPI’s such as attendance, fulfilment, pick rates etc.
  • Contacting candidates for a variety of roles and making an initial assessment of their skill set and work history.
  • Preparing candidates for inductions out on client sites.
  • Carrying out inductions for new starters.
  • Maintaining contact with clients and speaking with prospects with a view to increasing revenue.
  • Daily downloading of messages from ad lines for each sub team
  • Attending and carrying out interview sessions within your region to assess suitability and availability of candidates for roles within your region.
