My client is a large blue chip company they are looking for a professional receptionist to cover holiday on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th of September 8.30am to 5.30pm.The role is based on Blythe Valley Business Park in Solihull - the ideal candidate should have their own transport as public transport to the business park is limited.Your responsibilities will be: Providing a professional service on receptionTaking and dealing with calls in a timely efficient mannerLog in of all visitors to the buildingRaising of security passes required for meetings in advanceIssuing car park passesDealing post incoming and outgoingYou will also support with the hospitality administrator for the office meetings that take place on site this will involve arranging for teas/coffee/sandwiches Some general administration will also be requiredYou should already have good IT skills of using Word/Excel and Outlook and have experience and background of working as a Receptionist.CV's are to be sent to Kat Betts -
