Our client are looking for a Client Manager to ensure a smooth running of all facilities, from decision making on whether deals can occur, to seeing the whole process through to the end. Updating all data onto the relevant systems or software, which include Sage.
Being aware of funding, what is available and what funding is due. Working closely with our credit insurers, investors and clients.
As a Client Manager you are required to:
- Following deals through from start to finish
- Updating spreadsheets with new deals and payments
- .Checking rates and entering payments
- Deal with any client issues
- Apply for any credit limits that are requested from clients.
- Monthly declaration of sales to credit insurers
- Weekly cashflow document for up to 12 weeks in advance
- Completing weekly funds out/funds available document
Must have good computer skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, basic Sage.
Good communication skills with colleagues and clients
