We are looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join the Kelly Services UK & Ireland Service Team. This role will suit a detail orientated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You will work closely with the Head of Service and the Branch/Onsite Network to provide administrative support relating to contractual and legal and compliance matters.
Based alongside our growing Birmingham team, the role will form part of a business critical team who support the branch and on-site network to work to ensure we work in an efficient and compliant manner. This role will support with in branch and external audits, Business Process improvements, and new business implementation. This is an incredibly varied where you will have the opportunity to get involved in many aspects of our business.

- Reviewing Candidate Registration packs to ensure they are compliant.
- Assist the Head of Service the creation of new customer Account Service Plans
- Generate internal business reports and Management Information where required.
- Set up and review New Starter training IT training.
- Database management to ensure all information is up to date and accurate.
- Work alongside another department to ensure Intranet based Business Process are accurate and up-to-date.
- Produce new business process documentation where needed.
- Conduct remote/On-branch audits to ensure compliance and escalate any non-compliant activity to the Head of Services.

- Identifying and liaising with fee earners across the firm about any gaps or discrepancies in information or documentation provided;
- Work alongside the Head of Service to continually develop our Overall Audit Findings Log, Corrective Action Plan and Continuous Improvement Plan.
- Provide general administrative support to the Service Team.
- Answering enquiries about compliance procedures as and when they arise;
