Assistant Restaurant Manager
My client a busy rural gastro pub, restaurant and events company in North Oxfordshire has an opportunity for junior manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a front of house supervisor or assistant restaurant manager position, have good attention to detail be reliable, well presented and personable.
The restaurant is open Thursday to Monday so you will be expected to work most weekends. The rate of pay in this role is £8.50-9.00 per hour + tips and you can expect to work 40-50 hours per week. You should have your own transport due to the rural location and be prepared for both the occasional split shift during the week and to supervise on outside catering events when the need arises.
